1. What this is

reels-crosspost (the "Tool") is a personal software tool operated by Guilherme Pessoa (the "Operator"). It uploads short videos that the Operator created and owns to the Operator's own YouTube channel and TikTok account. By authorizing the Tool with a YouTube or TikTok account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use it

The Tool is intended for use only by the Operator, with the Operator's own accounts. There is no public sign-up. If anyone else is ever given access, they must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live) and may only connect accounts they own or are authorized to manage.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos, captions and other content you upload through the Tool.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to everything you upload, including music and third-party material.
On TikTok, the Tool sends videos to your inbox as drafts. Nothing is published to TikTok until you review and post it yourself in the TikTok app.

4. Third-party platforms

The Tool uses the YouTube API Services and the TikTok Content Posting API. When you use the Tool you are also bound by those platforms' own terms:

Content you upload must follow each platform's community guidelines. The Tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google, TikTok or Instagram.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Tool to upload content you do not have the rights to, to spam, to get around platform limits, or to break any law or platform rule.

6. Revoking access

You can disconnect the Tool at any time. For TikTok, open the TikTok app → Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions. For Google/YouTube, go to myaccount.google.com/permissions. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

The Tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Uploads may fail, be delayed or be rejected by the platforms. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Tool.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
